The Upcoming Conflict Update Brings Many Loot Changes
Tom Clancy's The Division is getting its second free update tomorrow. The update, titled "Conflict," has been confirmed to go online on May 24, and will add several new features and changes. The change that affects the greatest number of agents in the game is the revamped loot system.
During the developer's official livestream on May 19, it revealed that the upcoming update will bring an all-new loot system. Ubisoft Massive has been trying since its previous 1.1 update to encourage players to grind for items. Previously, everyone in the game just found it simpler to just craft them in the Base of Operations, thus completely removing the grinding aspect of the game. However, this is all going to change after the upcoming 1.2 update, as Ubisoft finally decided that the game's loot system needs changing and not the crafting system (which was changed in the previous update).
After the update, the loot system will be generous for all, giving players greater chances of receiving 204/240 gear set items. Moreover, this change hasn't been made for just one aspect of the game; for instance, just the Dark Zone. The loot system is changing overall, giving players higher chances of finding more loot throughout the map. Ubisoft has revealed the exact loot details of each and every aspect of the game, check them out below:

So all in all, this is pretty amazing as quite a lot of players have been complaining about how unfair the loot system is in the game. This will completely change everything, and will finally result in a fairer, more balanced game.
